Huntsville Utilities handles the reading, meter mis-reads and billing of all meters for the City of New Hope. The New Hope Water Department is responsible for meter change-outs, repairs on city side, and maintenance to the system.
City of New Hope Water Department currently purchases your drinking water from the Huntsville Utilities. Emergency water is purchased from Owens Cross Roads Water Authority. We also supply water to Madison County Water.

$25.75 for the first 2,000 gallons used
$8.70 per 1,000 gallons over the first 2,000 gallons
